Rule 17
Level of Airworthiness
:
(1) The level of airworthiness applicable in the Kingdom of Nepal shall be as mentioned in the Annex and Manual.
(2) Unless the level is mentioned in accordance with sub-rule (1), the level of airworthiness applicable in the country in which the authority of the member country of the International Civil Aviation Association has given the certificate of airworthiness shall remain applicable in Nepal.
